You've got questions, we have the answers!

Before we arrive, it’s a good idea to vacuum your carpets and upholstery to get rid of loose dirt. Also, make sure to keep your pets in a safe place while we clean. It’s  also a good idea to move any furniture and organise the rooms. When you schedule the appointment, our team will let you know if there’s anything else you need to do.

Yes, we have insurance. That means if anything accidentally gets damaged while we’re cleaning, our insurance will pay for it. But don’t worry, accidents like that are really rare.

Yes, we’re really good at removing stains and bad smells. Our team uses special products and techniques to get rid of all sorts of stains, like pet stains or food spills. But sometimes, if the stains are really deep, we might not be able to remove them completely.

It’s a good idea to take out small things like decorations or fragile items from the areas we’re cleaning. We don’t mind giving you a hand with small items but large items we do not move as they may cause injury.

It usually takes carpets around 6 to 12 hours to dry completely, and upholstery can take 2 to 12 hours. The drying time depends on how humid it is and how much air is circulating in the room. We use special tools to help them dry faster. Some fabrics like wool and cotton will take a lot longer to dry out.

The time depends on how big the area is, how dirty the carpets or upholstery are, and what material they’re made of. Usually, it takes about 20 minutes for a room of carpets and 1 to 2 hours for each piece of furniture.

It’s good to have your carpets cleaned by professionals every 1 to 1.5 years, and upholstery cleaned every 1 to 2 years. But if you have a lot of people or pets at home, you may need to clean them more often.

We use a method called hot water extraction or steam cleaning. It means we spray hot water mixed with a special cleaning liquid on your carpets or upholstery, and then we use a powerful vacuum to suck up the dirt and water.
